Hi - we're happy to assist with this concern regarding your wall oven! There are certain factors that can affect the performance of your oven and you can try the following troubleshooting tips to try and correct this issue: *Make sure that the heat is not escaping the oven by properly closing the door, checking the gasket for rips or tears and double checking that your racks are not backwards. *Check the position of the pans inside the oven and make sure there is at least 1-2" of separation between pans and sides of the oven cavity. You can learn more about troubleshooting by looking up the article "RANGE & WALL OVEN - OVEN TEMPERATURE IS NOT CORRECT" online. -- There might also be instances in which the oven elements will cycle on and off to maintain the desired temperature you set for the oven. When the oven temperature has dropped below the set temperature, the oven cycles on again to provide heat. The oven will cycle off again once the temperature is higher than the set temperature. -- If you the information above isn't helpful, we strongly recommend scheduling a service appointment.
