We bought this Oven 0n 9/29, it has not yet been installed by Best Buy and after two "systemic errors" regarding appointments and more, we were finally informed last night on 11/19 that they in fact are unable to install and we would have to arrange ourselves. Meanwhile they have been paid and the price we paid has dropped by $200. This is not the way for Best Buy to maintain a customer. No help at all from them!!
