No, installation is not included as it depends on whether your countertop will need any modification and if your living unit is in an city/county that needs a permit to install new gas appliances. Best Buy will provide you with the information for your unit - as the permit cost differs from city to city and the modification (if needed) differs from countertop to countertop. My permit was $80 and my countertop required necessary cutting to accommodate the additional burner,
