There is no difference it is a white fridge that will go great in a garage. It has moderate interior space a little shorter in height than my last fridge which shows inside the fridge for items on the interior shelves.

Model GTE19JTNRWW has textured rounded doors and wire freezer shelves while GTS19KGNRWW has high gloss rounded doors, a glass shelf in the freezer, and dual temperature controls. We hope this helps.
