Hello Peetie - Thank you for reaching out about this excellent downdraft vent. All of our telescopic downdrafts can be used with any of our cooktops. We only recommend looking over the installation dimensions of both appliances to make sure enough room is available in your countertop. The vent can exhaust downward and the ducting can be run under the floor to exit the house. For availability in your area, please reach out to your local Best Buy. Thanks! - John@GEA
