Asked by Janet.
- A:Answer Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us about these great wall ovens. We're happy to help! There are several differences between these two models when it comes down to the features. The PT7800SHSS offers a number of features that the JT3800SHSS does not have, such as "Warm Mode", a temperature probe, a "Proof Mode", and many others. For a comprehensive list, we recommend using the "Compare" tool on our website and clicking "Show Me The Differences" once both models have been brought into the tool. You are welcome to contact us any time with questions you may have as we are always here to help! -Chris@GEA
