QuestionWhat is the thickness of the vertical leg of the strip that fits between the stove top and countertop?

- Answer Hi Rich - Out of the box, the length measurements are as follows: ◦Left side short: 21½"; ◦Left side long: 25"; ◦Right side short: 21½"; ◦Left side long: 25"; ◦Center rear: 31-1/8". Width of each trim piece is 5/8" and tapers in thickness to 1/4" to 1/8". Each can be cut to length per Installation Instructions to fit around the cooktop. Hacksaw or miter saw is recommended for cutting the side trim pieces, if needed. QuestionWhat is the depth, front to back, of the rear strip? In other words, how much of a gap, from the rear of the stove to the wall/backsplash, will it cover?

- Answer Hi CM22- Width of each trim piece is 5/8" and tapers in thickness to 1/4" to 1/8". Each can be cut to length per Installation Instructions to fit around the cooktop. Hacksaw or miter saw is recommended for cutting the side trim pieces, if needed. Out of the box, the length measurements are as follows: ◦Left side short: 21½"; ◦Left side long: 25"; ◦Right side short: 21½"; ◦Left side long: 25"; ◦Center rear: 31-1/8". QuestionSo the range has to be raised up for these to work? Mine is 1/8 to 1/16 inch below the counter top. Why isn't this kit included with installation package?

- Answer When the range was installed they had it at the perfect height to install the filler strips. We just had to cut the length.

Questioni have a stove that sits higher than the countertop. the gap is 3/4" on the 3 sides. What can I use to fill in that gap so it looks even on all 3 sides?
