Hi there, we're terribly sorry to hear your beverage center has stopped cooling. We never want to see this so we can imagine your disappointment. We first suggest you disconnect the power to this unit for 2-3 minutes to reset the controls and make sure the door is sealing properly. If the problems persist, we recommend scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737). If your unit is under a year old, this will be covered under the warranty.
