Many of those parts are manufactured in the U.S. while other parts are made globally to our specifications. Most of the parts that are available to purchase are the same parts that are used in the appliances during the manufacturing process.

A:AnswerThe normal operation of a refrigerator will create some sounds or noises. How loud these sounds are can vary based on the design and layout of your kitchen and home. Your cabinetry, flooring and even an open concept style kitchen may change the perception of the sound level. On Page 42 of the online Owner's Manual, we list descriptions of the sounds you can expect to hear. The manual can be found by clicking on the Features tab and scroll down the features list to the available literature.
A:AnswerThese fridges aren't quiet. I don't know that any new fridges are quiet. It will make a noticeable humming, sometimes bubbling or gurgling and have fan noises. You do get used to it.
A:AnswerAll of our white French door refrigerators do feature water dispensers and ice makers. You are able to use a bypass plug and not connect the water line if you wish. You will also need to turn the ice maker to the "off" position.
