What size room is this for? my room is 12 x 18 null

My room is 20' X 20' and works beautifully at 35%.

Walls or floor sweat, or seepage is present. -- Extremely Wet: Laundry drying, wet floor, high load conditions. -- This unit is appropriate for use in what would be considered "Very Damp to Wet" spaces.
