Hi there, we're sorry to hear you're having a hard time removing the bucket. We understand how this would be annoying and we're happy to help. If you place your hands on each side of the bucket and pull, it should slide out. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you grab both sides and pull straight out, it should slide out easily. The trick is to pull with the same pressure on both sides and use your thumbs for leverage. And don't wait until it's full, you'll have a mess on your hands otherwise.
