• They do provide installation but not sure what the current options are because of the pandemic. I ordered my AC and installed it myself and didn't look into installation.

• To my knowledge, Best Buy does not install a/c's. They do for bigger appliances (e.g. stoves and dishwashers), which they subcontract for.
