Hi there, We appreciate you reaching out on this matter. Our apologies to hear that your vent is not working properly and understand your concern. If the vent in not able to hold up a paper towel when on, then that is not normal. We would recommend scheduling a service appointment with a GE technician to diagnose the problem.
