“can this dryer be used in a apartment? my plugs are only three prong and im not sure about the electrical output”

Power cords are sold separately to ensure that they comply with all state and local wiring codes. We suggest checking your local codes before purchasing a power cord. Thanks you for your time. So check and see if it is incorrect - or take a pic, go in store and have them verify since there are different wires. I got the correct wire for free, did it myself and bam. It dries great, low energy. Barely even there.
