“Under product features it says there is a hand wash cycle but on the control panel it does not show up. Is there a special process for this or is it a mistake? I currently have a 14 year old GE washer that has the hand wash cycle and love it.”

Hi Sher- The washer does not have a cycle labeled "Handwash". A website correction request will be sent to BestBuy. We suggest the "Delicates" cycle that utilizes a unique “tri-pulse” extra gentle agitate profile and a low spin speed. Keep in touch! SUEatGEA
