This washer doesn't deep fill. It's supposed to add 3 gallons with a deep fill each time you hit the deep fill option. We added buckets of water by hand for months. We gave up on that and decided to use a garden hose. The problem with that is once you fill it to much it drains ALL the water out of the tub. Get rid of it if you can.
