Hi Notsure- Thanks for choosing our GE® 4.2 DOE cu. ft. stainless steel capacity washer GTW485ASJWS! The flow rate of the pump is dependent upon the height of the drain pipe. For each 1 foot of additional drain pipe height, the flow rate will be reduced by approximately 1 gallon per minute. The washer pump will pump water at a rate of 15 gallons per minute. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Washer does a great job, locking top feature is inconvenient (overkill), but likely regulated. Since the size of the wash load determines the water requirement the gpm is a mute point to us. .
