“My GE GTW485ASJWS is 3 y.o., good until now. I now hear a buzz when I push start regardless of any options, the automatic sensor doesn't spin, the motor sounds like its starting but no water fills the tub. Then it agitates without water. Any advice?”

Hi FR75010 - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear your washer is not operating properly. Make sure both hot and cold faucets are fully on. The electronics may need to be reset. Unplug washer, wait 2 minutes, plug back in and press Start.
