Hi FR75010 - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear your washer is not operating properly. Make sure both hot and cold faucets are fully on. The electronics may need to be reset. Unplug washer, wait 2 minutes, plug back in and press Start. For reference, view page 24 of the Owner's Manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90576-3.pdf - You can also try a motor reset. View TOP LOAD WASHER - HYDROWAVE MOTOR RESET: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17391 - A qualified service technician is required for an accurate diagnosis. We encourage you to contact GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 for assistance or conveniently schedule an appointment online at GEAppliances.com - Keep in touch! Sue
