“Does the Deep Fill option only work on certain wash settings? There have been times where I press it once and it just beeps and doesn't add additional water. I've also tried holding down the button for the max fill and it doesn't fill to the top.”

Hi MelZ- On Energy Star models with this option, including GTW485ASJWS, Deep Fill is available on all wash cycles except the Normal/Colors cycle due to 2016 Department of Energy regulations (Note: Energy Star models manufactured before July 2016 offered Deep Fill on all wash cycles, including the Normal/Colors cycle).
