QuestionDoes the speed wash cycle rinse the clothes? I stood over the washer, it went from wash to spin. Then the rinse cycle light came on but no water was added. After about 30 seconds, it did the final spin. No rinse!! Iwasher is new. Is this normal?

QuestionWhat setting do you suggest for clothes that require a gentle cycle? The DELICATE cycle barely moves and can’t possibly get clothes clean. I have tried several different settings and all are too rough on my clothing. Please help me solve this issue.

QuestionWe just got this washing machine today and are not able to start a load on "Colors- Medium". We are able to start any other load- Whites, delicates, etc. Since Colors- Medium will be used most frequently we need to fix this. Any quick fixes or ideas?

QuestionWhy does Drain & Spin setting add water? Shouldn't that be Rinse, Drain, and Spin? I have a blanket that is soaking wet, even after setting Max spin. How do you just sent the machine to spin?? Oh, and Deep Fill? Worst washing machine I've ever owned.
