Mine is brand new just out of the box and it is doing the same thing. It also leaks water into the basket when it is off and the normal wash setting does not work. I'm having them bring me another one and take this piece of crap back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not much tolerance for out of balance condition. I dread when my wife washes the thin small blanket the cat sleeps on. You have to put towels in with it and even then, sometimes the washer bangs around and even moves some inches from it's original placement. The laundramat washer don't do this. Why can't I have one of those models???
