“When does the SOAK light come on? I have had to wait for the water to fill and the WASH cycle to start before pressing the PAUSE. The lights begin with FILL and jump directly to WASH? Has anyone had the SOAK light come on? What is it's purpose?”

Hi - The Soak cycle indicator will light any time the washer pauses to soak. While this happens primarily in Delicates, it can occur in other cycles as well, including Deep Clean cycle (it will not soak in all cycles).
