“just purchase and washer does not fill- notice it goes straight to drain- how do i fix?”

• Hi Don - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE! We are sorry to hear your washer is not filling properly and glad to help. If the washer fills and drains at the same time, make sure the drain hose is raised to 30" high. Any less will cause water to siphon back out of tub as it is filling.
