Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That depends on what you mean by "manually". You can move from one level to another. For instance my wife likes to start the washer on small with the detergent only in it. Once it starts to "swish" the water and gets the detergent dissolved, she moves it to a higher setting, if needed, and puts the clothes in. There is a "Precise fill" setting that we have not tried. We have never tried to changed the washer to another setting after the wash cycle is done.
