“When I put the water on “ max fill” or any full option the water starts and then stops and it does not fill correctly. Am I doing something wrong? Please advise”

Hi there, We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your washer. If you take a look at pg. 15 of your Owner's Manual, you should see a few diagrams that show clothing load and water level that should help to clear things up. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had any issues with water filling. I would contact the manufacturer to see if there’s something wrong. My washer does a start/stop at the very beginning for like 2 secs then it starts to fill up all the way. I think it’s just the way the washer is.
