“How do I get this washer machine to soak overnight?? Or any period of time really. Every cycle skips soaking even tho the soaking light is green when I set it up before adding the clothes”

Hello there! Thanks for your question. We're sorry that your clothes aren't soaking long enough. We see how this can be frustrating. You can let your clothes soak overnight by pressing pause on the unit after it has filled. The machine will automatically cancel and drain when water is present and the lid is left open for 15 minutes or the unit is left in a paused state for 24 hours with the lid closed. Select cycle and press Start to begin new cycle. We hope this helps! Emily@GEA

Once you are ready to finish your wash, hit the start button. If you run it through the cycles, the soaking cycle is already preset for a certain time (not that long) and moves onto next cycle.
