A:AnswerHi StevieQ, thanks for reaching out! The question about if a particular washer will accommodate a king size comforter is a tricky one, simply because there is so much variability in comforter thickness. A thick queen size comforter can be substantially bulkier than a thinner king size comforter, so generically stating that a given washer can accommodate a certain size comforter is risky. As with any bulky item being washed, there will be limited movement of the item in the washer so we always recommend to Pretreat any stains on bulky items before washing and to be sure to load the item(s) evenly to foster them washing well and spinning up smoothly. We hope that this helps! All the best. -Michael
A:AnswerHi MicheleC, thanks for reaching out about this! The bottom of page 15 in your Owner's Manual offers some diagrams about load size and water level that you may find helpful! The Department of Energy (DOE) sets standards for washer water usage. Over the years, the amount of allowable water usage has been reduced. With washers using less water and energy, you will no longer see a wash basket full of water. Most washers are now programmed with load sensing to adjust water levels based on the cycle and load size, so the amount of water used will vary. - It is not recommended to manually add more water to the washer. Some models have a Deep Fill option which adds additional water to the wash load, regardless of whether you used a manual or a load-sensing fill. We hope that this helps! If you have other questions, please feel free to send us an email or reach out to us on social media. Stay safe. -Michael
A:AnswerIf I have a larger somewhat heavy load, the agitator does sound sluggish but it seems to clean effectively. The agitator can be quite aggressive with smaller, lighter loads.

A:AnswerHi MistaB, thanks for reaching out! If you're referencing the agitator of the model, this would not be able to be removed without the help of a technician. If you're needing to clean the inside of your agitator, please follow these steps: 1. Select the Colors Normal cycle, Super Fill Level, and Deep Rinse Option and either the Warm or Hot temperature selection. 2. Pour 1/4 cup detergent and 1 cup bleach into the wash basket. 3. Remove the fabric softener dispenser from the agitator. 4. Allow the washer to fill and proceed to the wash phase. Allow the washer to agitate for about 5 minutes. 5. Lift the lid and, using a long slender soft brush, clean the inside of the agitator. a. Use a measuring cup to take some of the wash water from around the outside of the agitator and pour it into the agitator to help flush out loosened soils. b. Note this step must be completed in less than 15 minutes or the washer will automatically drain out the wash water. 6. Before the 15 minute period expires, shut the lid and allow the washer to complete the remainder of the cycle as normal. a. Soils will be drained out with the wash water and rinsed out during the Deep Rinse process. 7. Reinstall the fabric softener dispenser after the cycle is complete. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael
