QuestionThe stainless steel tub moves when the washer is empty, but am I supposed to be able to turn the agitator itself?

- Answer Hi CJ - Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE! Top-load washers with an agitator (late 2015 and newer) are designed to be slightly loose. This "wobble" allows the agitator to flex with the clothes when washing heavy loads, which helps protect clothing. You will not be able to rotate the agitator. QuestionIs this a flat back and 27" is total depth, or is it a model with bulge in the back that adds to the depth?

QuestionWe have the 330ASK which is very similar. After washing some loads (towels/sheets/heavier loads), the machine will leave the items soaked. I have ran the drain and spin cycle and it adds water and wont spin.

- Answer I've washed towels and sheets 8n my unit and had no problem with the spin cycle. You may want to contact Best Buy on this matter.

The washer turns on and off the hot and cold valves to modulate flow such that desired temperatures are reached by mixing hot and cold water. We are committed to meet the Federal energy standards and deliver a product that upholds GE Appliances wash performance standards. To comply with these standards, HOT water temperature selection is a mixture of hot and cold water from your household plumbing. - Answer Mickey, That's a good thing. When you take the clothes out of the washer they are just about damp. This helps them dry faster and saves wear and tear on your Dryer
