“We tested washer, no leaks. Did a bulky item load, noticed loud noise but no leaks. Did a normal load, and there was a small water leak. Front right hand side. Can’t tell where water is coming from. How do I fix this? I really want to love this washer!”

Hello, thank you for your question! Leaks on a front load washer can be caused by soil and soap being left on the door seal after a wash. Carefully wipe off the rubber door seal to prevent small leaks, making sure to wipe the edge of the gasket.
