“How do the two models listed compare GTW750CSLWS and the GTW685BSLWS. Can the detergent be added per load, or would you have to fill the dispenser. We are a family of 6 with 2 small boys and use the washer a lot.”

Hi Sylvie- Thanks for choosing GE! GTW750CSLWS features SMARTDISPENSE™ TECHNOLOGY- Holds up to 75 oz. of detergent and automatically dispenses the right amount for each load. This is enough detergent for about 50 average laundry loads, depending on what dispense amount is selected. If it is desired, you can manually select the amount of detergent for a given load. The smart dispense feature can be disabled by pressing the Detergent Dispense button until Off is selected. When selected, SmartDispense™ senses the size of your load and will automatically add detergent to the wash, eliminating the need to add detergent for each load.
