“Does this washer have a real rinse cycle? My current washing machine just crapped out so, I need a new one. I have hated it since we bought it because the rinse cycle just sprays water on the clothes. It doesn't fill up the basket with water and agitate.”

Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. This washer is a high-efficiency washer and will use less water than you may be used to, this is normal. If you would like to add additional rinses you can choose the Extra Rinse or Deep Rinse option. The Deep Rinse option would be the best choice if you need to rinse your load with a larger volume of water.
