• The drain hose could be kinked or improperly connected. Try to straighten the drain hose and make sure washer is not sitting on it. The top of drain outlet should be less than 8 ft (2.44 m) above floor. • We have one of these machines that does the same thing. Will not spin all the water out. Have tried numerous things to fix this to no avail. Even had a repairman come out. He replaced the 'shock' absorber mounts, did not help!
