• Yes you can. It costs extra to remove the old machine but not much. They set up my washing machine and started it up to make sure it was working.

• Yes, you can. If you enroll in Totaltech for about $200, delivery, installation, removal is all "free". Then you have Totaltech for a whole year -- enjoy free delivery, etc. on anything you buy.
