QuestionCan the water level knob be used on ANY cycle or is it limited to certain cycles?

We found that the water level knob is capable of being used on any cycle. We do like to remind people that this is a high-efficiency washing machine, and the system requires less water while still performing effective cleaning action. The water may seem lower than your traditional washing machine, but this is completely normal. To find more information on this feature, please use the following link to the user's manual. QuestionDoes this washer have a lint filter / strainer?

This washer is not designed with a lint filter; however, washer inlet hoses are designed with screens inside that capture debris that could clog the water valve. - Answer Hello there! Thanks for your question and recent purchase. These are the same models. When the model is manufactured, these extra letters/numbers are placed on the appliance rating plate and product registration card. These letters/numbers are used to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. Should service or parts be needed, these are used as identifiers for the specific appliance. - Answer All’s I can say is definitely not enough. Even on a very small load my clothes are still partially dry when the washer is done.

The depth of the washer is 27" while the depth of the 7.2 cu. ft. gas dryer is 29-1/2". - Answer I try not to put too many delicate items in at a time because the agitator will damage them (Even on the delicate cycle). My wife put in two pillowcases and the agitator shredded them to pieces.

QuestionI have zero problems with regular clothes, towels etc.. but every time I wash sheets, blankets or pet bedding the machine gets off balance, the bedding all ends up on one side of the washing machine. How can I keep it in balance?

- Answer I have not have problems with bedding or sheets going to one side only , what I do is when loading washer I kind of spread the load even around it .. I hope it helps

QuestionPrecise Fill: does the lid unlock once it determines water level so I can add detergent AFTER there's water in the tub? I got a detergent stain on a sweatshirt because I followed the instructions of clothes in first, then detergent, then press start.
