“I bought the GE deep fill top load. The detergent won't dispense. I ran the program to clean the detergent container. It operated properly once or twice and now won't dispense detergent again. How do I resolve this? I bought this roughly 6 months ago”

Hi Doug - Thanks for choosing GE! We are sorry to hear of this issue with the dispenser. If you are using single-dose laundry packets (pods) they should not be added to the dispenser drawer, as they will not dispense properly. Put packets (pods) in bottom of wash basket. HE detergent should be added to the right side of the dispenser drawer. Also, be sure the siphon caps in the dispenser are free of debris and pushed fully back into place after cleaning.
