I am not a rep or anything. Just bought this myself from a different store. But to answer your question, there is actually some text next to the add-to-cart button that says this product is not available in store. Whenever I see this, I consider the product to be shipped from manufacturer's distribution center (and not seller's warehouse). After you place an order of such product, it will first get shipped to the seller's warehouse. Then seller's logistics will send it your way. There will be an extra logistics/shipping step if you have ordered installation. You are easily looking at 3-4 weeks for a product with no local inventory. In your case, it seems to be taking a week or two longer than what I would expect. (Mine is expected to arrive in two weeks...hopefully).
