“When pressing any of the 3 ( Temp or Soil or Spin ) buttons on my GTW680BSJWS washer, - 98% of the time they do NOT respond, no matter how much pressure or how many times I try. This has been since I purchased the washer 1 ½ years ago. :-(”

Depending on the cycle the dial is resting on, it will not allow you to change some settings. Most delicates cycles on most washer wont allow you to increase spin or temperature, and non-timed dry cycles won’t allow time adjustments. If you are sure this isn’t the issue, contact customer support.
