“The features state "10-year warranty : Rest assured knowing your washer is backed by a 10-year warranty." but the warranty on parts and labor only show 1 year. What am i missing?”

Hello Joe51 - We appreciate the interest in this great washer. The unit comes with a full 1 year factory warranty on any manufacturing defects. The 10 year warranty would be for the motor only.
