“When I used washer , the agitator fell off during spin cycle . I was wondering if we could still use the washer without agitator for now Until someone comes to re- attach it or not ?”

We would recommend contacting our service department at 1-800-432-2737 for assistance. We would not advise using the washer without the agitator, both because that would likely result in a poor wash performance and because that has not been tested for safety and reliability.
