The end of cycle signal sounds like you just got the high score in a Mario game. Not like days past when it is a crazy loud buzzer. I don't know if you can turn it off but it isn't loud

It can definitely be turned off. I would say it is less annoying than Samsung and quieter than LG.

My wife doesn't remember what the sound is because it is very quiet and not very noticeable in her opinion. It makes the same noise when you turn it on as well. She doesn't know if it can be muted since it is hardly noticeable to begin with.
