• yes, hold water level button down for 3 seconds to fill rum full 26 gallons- found youtube videos helpfull

• Hello Sooze! Thanks for reaching out to us. We found that you cannot pick the specific amount of water that you want to go into the unit, but there is an option for a deep fill or deep rinse.
