• Hi cjbuser - This washer does not have a fabric softener dispenser. It is equipped with a bleach dispenser. Models GTW680BSJWS, GTW720BSNWS, GTW750CSLWS and GTW840CSNWS are equipped with a fabric softener dispenser. Keep in touch! Sue
