My washer isn't very loud, so you might want to call Geek Squad.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine not only makes noises, if I try to wash 2 small rugs or a small comforter the machine rocks back & forth and moves out of place. The vibration is so bad that I have to run to the laundry room to try and hold it it place because I'm afraid the drain hose or the hot/cold water hoses will break. It will also not spin dry the rugs or blanket or comforter. If I try to use the drain and spin cycle it runs water again, then drains and spins but everything is still soaking wet. It has done this since day 1, unfortunately life situations got in the way and it's out of warranty and I'm stuck with it.

This would definitely be annoying and we can understand your dissatisfaction. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. It's possible that your washer isn't level, causing excessive noise. To level the washer, adjust the leveling legs by rotating the individual leg in the proper direction for up or down. We encourage you to review the list of sounds and causes on page 26 of the owner's manual: https://files.bbystatic.com/CPyEVasqZ%2BZzAzKphDnN5g%3D%3D/FA409777-4931-4384-8C19-719C12A05552.pdf. There are some great troubleshooting tips there, too. Please connect with us again if you need anything moving forward. Best, Kelsey@GEA
