“Why would you send out “3rd party delivery and installers” without the customers okay? It took them a very long time to install which is unnerving. They then left without saying a word!! They didn’t leave the broiler pan or owners manual!!”

There is no broiler pan included only a rack for the broiler and I did not get a manual either.
