Use it for heavily soiled clothes or for clothes with a care label that recommends prewashing before washing. The PreWash feature will fill the washer (adding the prewash detergent), tumble the clothes, drain and spin. Then the washer will run the selected wash cycle. It also has Sanitize with Oxi cycle that removes 99% of bacteria and uses an Oxi additive to boost your detergent’s cleaning power, while keeping fabrics looking and feeling their best. A:AnswerI did not even have an opportunity to see that since my new machine i bought from Best Buy is not working. I called them on the 16th day after they installed the machine in my house, they refused to come and replace it, they send me to GE repairs and they have booked me two weeks out and I am back to use public washing laundromat again three times a week.
A:AnswerThank you for asking this great question! Since this is a high efficiency washing machine, water may not cover the top level of your clothes. This system requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer. This is normal. To add additional water, you can select the “More Water” option before your wash cycle begins. Best regards – Matthew@GEA
A:AnswerKellsey answered the question as yes you can to the same question asked by Lori around the same timeframe, contradicting the answer from Kianna to this question. Kellsey advised you select, "Rinse and Spin" but deselect the extra rinse which will make it spin only.
