QuestionI have a GFW550SSNWW and 2 times has come on by itself displaying canceled. I push the off button and it still continues. After about 3 minutes it stops on its own. Why is this happening.? I have only had for about a month.

QuestionWhy does Best Buy say they sell this product? They've scheduled delivery 4 times and have yet to deliver a working machine. Look elsewhere.

- Answer We didn't have any problem as far as buying this product @ Bestbuy, we were lucky that they have it in stock the day we bought it, the first store we went, it will take few days before they have the product delivered to their store, we were done within 20 mins, was scheduled to have it in 3 days, but was delivered a day early than the scheduled delivery date. Didn't encounter any problem dealing with Best Buy At all.

QuestionI currently have a GE washer model WPDH8800J1WW and want to replace it with GE Model GFW65055NWW. I’ve looked at the measurements and the old washer has a depth of 29.5” from back of steel to front of door. New one list 32”. Additional space in rear?

To enable 0” clearance on the back of the washer, you must use 90° elbow hoses. Otherwise you may require some additional clearance to avoid rubbing of the hoses against the back wall. QuestionIs there a setting for small loads, to use less water?

- Answer I did not even have an opportunity to see that since my new machine i bought from Best Buy is not working. I called them on the 16th day after they installed the machine in my house, they refused to come and replace it, they send me to GE repairs and they have booked me two weeks out and I am back to use public washing laundromat again three times a week.

- Answer Thank you for asking this great question! Since this is a high efficiency washing machine, water may not cover the top level of your clothes. This system requires less water while providing effective cleaning action. You may notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer. This is normal. To add additional water, you can select the “More Water” option before your wash cycle begins. Best regards – Matthew@GEA
