I currently have a GE washer model WPDH8800J1WW and want to replace it with GE Model GFW65055NWW. I’ve looked at the measurements and the old washer has a depth of 29.5” from back of steel to front of door. New one list 32”. Additional space in rear? null

Hi Jeff - We certainly appreciate your loyalty! This new model is designed for installation in a standard 32" closet. To enable 0” clearance on the back of the washer, you must use 90° elbow hoses. Otherwise you may require some

The depth is 32" from back to front of door. You will need clearance for hoses in back as well.
