“We are considering this machine with the shorter 6" pedestal. My question is how easy will it be to move this machine out and back to clean around it? Also, what will the shorter drawer accommodate for storage?”

Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. This is a great question. The 7" riser we offer will increase the overall height of the washer by 7" making it easier to access your wash load. The riser is not a storage drawer. The washer itself weighs approximately 246 lbs and the riser weighs 30. Together, they weigh approximately 276 lbs.
