“It is normal for the washer to make a loud noise while is in the Spinning Cycle, it does not vibrate and while is spinning is the noise is not bad but I guess when is out of balance is sounds very loud and harsh. Should I get a Technician to look at it?”

• you are correct-we had a tech out and also had ours replaced. it is loud as can be
