“Why does the filter light keep coming on? I took the filter out. There was barely anything on it. But I cleaned it anyway and reinstalled it. It STILL blinks at me. Then sometimes it stops.”

• Hi Mau123, thanks for reaching out! If you've cleaned the filter, and pressed the Filter pad to reset it, and the light is still coming on, try to reset the internal electronics of the unit by disconnecting power for a few minutes and then restoring power. If the power cord has a current interrupter device, press the TEST button and then the RESET button while it is still plugged into the outlet. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael

• You need to press the button of the filter to reset it. The same thing happens to me and it stops after I did that.
