“The liquid detergent port on my washer is not dispensing the liquid all the time.... it's a 50/50 shot.... the door remains closed upon end of cycle and appears to be full of liquid still... is there a way to fix or remedy this problem?”

Hi Kirby - We are sorry to hear of this intermittent operation. This model does not have a dispenser drawer for detergent since it has a bulk detergent dispensing system. GTW750 has a small dispenser drawer with one compartment for softener/conditioner only. We suggest to view page 13 of the Owner's Manual for complete details on using this feature: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90586-1.pdf - NOTE: Not all cycles will allow the use of the SmartDispense feature. If the light is illuminated below the Off position and pressing the Detergent Dispense button results in a beeping tone, then SmartDispense is not allowed for the cycle that has been selected. Detergent will need to be added directly to the wash basket for these cycles. Also, see cleaning instructions on page 18.
